Pawl is a uncompromisingly optimistic and always positive Lehigh Valley Real Estate Investor who took the full time plunge just over a year and a half ago. In his first year, last year, he completed 9 transactions which included 4 flips, 2 rental, and 3 wholesale transactions, all through his own in house direct mail marketing campaigns. While going from a $60K W2 salary job to the freedom, stress, excitement, and challenges he faced in ending with over $250K in his first year. Pawl will bear all, share all, and motivate all to take action and follow your own dream.
