Our Story:

Home Havens is a short term rental management company owned by Lauren and Aaron Havens. During 2018 we very quickly grew our portfolio of short term rentals to the point where we were looking for management in order to continue to keep up with all of the deals. After looking into every management company we could find we were extremely frustrated with our options. We found companies that would list our properties, but guest communication, supplying cleaners, marketing, photography, handymen and pricing analytics was lacking massively. 

In late 2018 we launched our own STR management company, Home Havens. Home Havens provides essentials not offered by other management companies such as ranking SEO, private marketing to local companies for business stays, dynamic pricing analytics, reliable cleaners and handymen, unit furnishing and setup, 24/7 support for owners and guests, regular financials, and automation. We offer partnerships and undervalued properties for those looking to purchase vacation rentals, as well as full-service management for already operating rentals. We can even help you invest out of your 401k or IRA.
