Come learn the in's and out's of multifamily apartment building investing from someone experienced in the industry! This is our 3rd meetup and this month's speaker is Andrew Elovic. Andrew is the founder and president of Elyon Properties. The company forms real estate syndications to acquire multi family properties. Elyon Properties finds and targets potential acquisitions, pools investors, and manages the purchase and due diligence through closing, as well as equity and debt financing. The company recently entered into a joint-venture with Green Catch Properties to accelerate growth. Andrew will explain how the syndication process works and how investors can participate in such projects, either with Elyon Properties or other firms that offer similar investment opportunities.
