Hi All,

Thank you to those that made it to the January Meet up this week.

As we look at 2019 I think it would be beneficial to enhance our meetings by having a guest speaker.  I am working on getting one lined up for March and April.  Please let me know if you have something you would like to present that will help the group.  Perhaps in May, I plan to talk about the breakdown of a commercial insurance policy and how it can help property owners transfer their risk of loss to not only Property and Liability exposures, but loss of income in the event of, say, a fire that displaces tenants, among other things related to a policy.  I would like to get someone in to discuss mold and how to manage it, Taxes and Accounting, Lending and the current state of the market, Real Estate Brokerage and the current state of the market, etc.

My goal is to bring ATLEAST one more to February's meeting and I encourage you all to do the same.  Let's make this meeting big as we start to launch the Guest Speaker Series in March.

Best,

Brian

P.S. for those interested, there is a course at Coastal Enterprises in Brunswick next Wednesday (1/16) on "Owning and Managing Rental Properties".  It is from 6-8:30pm and I will be there.  It's $35/pp.
