Dan is a real estate appraiser exclusively focused on apartment buildings and does between 500-600 multifamily appraisals each year, from duplexes to 300 unit complexes, throughout all of Wisconsin. His company, www.wilkinsprop.com owns and operates over 500 apartment units, primarily based on Milwaukee's Eastside.
