Jason Lewis: Jason's simply LOVES real estate. As an young farm kid going to farm auctions he realized he was addicted to the buying/selling of property. After college, he decided to focus on a more scalable property than farm ground, residential and commercial properties. He utilized his success as a commercial office space broker to fund his acquisitions. Over the past 14 years, Jason has completed 400+ real estate transactions and has amassed a personal real estate portfolio valued at close to $10M. From Airbnb, tiny houses, house hacking, office building flips, 2 year owner occupancy tax credit, residential rentals, ground up development, Jason has grown a team around him at Ecospace to allow any real estate need to be met both for himself and his clients. He would love to share his passion and knowledge of real estate with you.

Krista Paul: Krista is a tech entrepreneur and real estate investor who has raised over $4M for a travel company she founded and successfully sold in 2012. She was recently part of the leadership team at eBags, Inc., which culminated in the successful acquisition by Samsonite in spring of 2017. Krista and her husband own over half a dozen single-family and smallplex properties in Colorado and have several development projects on the roadmap. She is now 100% focused on real estate investing and creating opportunities for her and other technology investors in her community to diversify their portfolios with investments in cash flowing properties across the Midwest.

Jon Jenkins: Jon's has worked in many aspects of real estate over the past 10 years. He now specializes in investment brokerage for small multi family properties (2-12 units) in Denver. Drawing from a diverse real estate background in development, project management, property management, Airbnb rentals, and recently hard money lending, Jon values creative approaches for healthy win-win deal making. He believes in open source, sharing of information and collaboration as keys for success.
