After college, he decided to focus on a more scalable property than farm ground, residential and commercial properties. Over the past 14 years, Jason has completed 400+ real estate transactions and has amassed a personal real estate portfolio valued at close to $10M. From Airbnb, tiny houses, house hacking, office building flips, 2 year owner occupancy tax credit, residential rentals, ground up development, Jason has grown a team around him at Ecospace to allow any real estate need to be met both for himself and his clients. The house did go under contract. We are local investors and wanted to share some of the work we've been doing with house-hackers in the market. This was a perfect match because of the carriage house in the back yard. We're always looking to connect with local hackers and brokers that deal with a large amount of house hacking clients. Just wanted to throw our name in the ring!

Spacious Living room and large updated kitchen with eating space & all appliances. Outside the back door you will find a large patio with small low maintenance yard. Then onto the next level above the yard is a storage shed and large open area for additional parking. Property features an all new privacy fence, rolling gate and alley access. We've ran every number we can on modular type buildings for both single family and ADU here in Denver and it simply doesn't work out. We have multiple MX-3 zoned lots as well as CU-1 and CU zoned lots and we haven't gotten a single one to pencil out. We've met and spoke with about every modular builder from out of state that could ship something to CO. I'd love to talk to someone who is a true investor who's made it work. The few people who have made it, its been their passion project and made it work as a one off sweat equity standpoint but from a true investment and scalable model, I've yet to see it work.

@Julie Macd keep me posted how it goes!  I own a few 5 bed houses in Prairie Village and Roeland Park (nice urban neighborhoods of KC) and considering Bridge and @Nathan Brooks team to manage them (and possibly buy more).  Most of my portfolio is here in Denver but owned in KC for close to 10 years now.

I'm from KC, own several rentals there still but have bought all my recent ones here in Denver since downturn.  Considering picking up more back in KC.  Would enjoy grabbing coffee and hearing how your search has been.
