Hi everyone, the team from Turnkey Properties will be hosting another meet up on January 11th at IsaBella Artisan Pizzeria & Craft Beer Garden. This will be our 3rd one and each time we have had a good group of all different levels of experience in real estate from none at all to owning large portfolio of homes. While we do want to talk about our company, Turnkey Properties and the markets we operate in (Little Rock & Memphis), but we also want to chat RE in general. What are you guys doing? Where? It is always interesting to hear what everyone is doing and use the time together to share tips. My Property Manager will be with me this year, so this is your opportunity to get some first hand tips from him to compare to your management and for those with OOS properties, critique him vs what your manager!

Alex and his team are First class I have never personally done business with him.. but visited his operation and was impressed with his office and his product.. and his thought process's I am sure he will use his best judgment in picking homes for anyone who is considering investing with his company.
