Sunday Dec 10th, 1PM! As most of you know, RE/MAX Futura at 1010 Valencia St has been been sponsoring the VIG Meetup by allowing us to use their awesome office to host our monthly event. Most of you will know Antonio Gamero who is the in house RE/MAX Futura commercial broker. This Sunday afternoon Antonio will host a RE/MAX Futura workshop called "Commercial Investing 101". And, while not an "official" VIG event, we are happy to help him promote it!
This limited seating workshop is FREE to all VIG members provided your RSVP. Don't RSVP unless you are sure you'll show. For more information on the workshop itself please contact Antonio directly at [email protected].
AGENDA:
About the RE/MAX Host - Antonio Gamero:
Antonio has 7 years real estate experience in San Francisco transacting, managing, and investing. This rich history allows him to better understand real estate not only from a transaction perspective, but also from an owner's standpoint.
This experience has served him well throughout the years, as it allows him to better protect the interests and advice his clients on properties that suit their investment needs.
Given his experience, he has been fortunate to represent Tony Robbins and the foundation in assisting the Sisters Fraternite of Notre Dame with the purchase of a unit to serve the homelessness community in San Francisco. This transaction wasn't only educational in process, but spiritually rewarding, serving not only the needs of his clients, but a community in need made the purchase very gratifying.
