Josh Christensen has been investing in Real Estate for the past 15 years. Having grown up overseas as a child, he did not even know what drywall was when first entering the real estate world (not much of that over in Europe). Fifteen years later and he has flipped hundreds of homes and has helped others do the same. He is currently a licensed Mortgage and Real Estate Broker although he spends the majority of his time investing. His current business models include hard money, flipping, wholesaling, mortgages, and continually accruing rental properties. He is in the process of becoming conversationally fluent in four languages, a result of his having grown up outside the US. His free time is spent with his wife and children of which he counts his greatest treasures and success. He is continually learning better ways to increase his returns and looks forward to what the future holds.
