  • Where to find deals
  • The importance of building your cash buyers list now
  • The importance of knowing your numbers. Resale/Renovation.
  • The importance of sending the deal out the right time, the first time.
  • Building trust and confidence with your cash buyers list. Don’t be known as the guy with “****** Deals”
  • Going over a PA, Proper clause such as “Assignment terms”, proper emd, using your inspection period for an out
  • The difference between an assignment and double close and when to use each.
  • Typical wholesale fees
  • Structuring your wholesale deal with the end buyer in mind. Knowing your MAO for Flips and rentals
  • The importance of keeping hands on until you close and coordinating a successful close. Keep good communication
  • Require your buyers to show POF and put down a nonrefundable EMD after inspection cut directly to you. At least enough to cover your potential EMD loss and big enough they have to think twice about walking away.
  • Visual outline: What does the process actually look like from start to close. Draw a Diagram.
  • Provide them sample PA and Sample Assignment in course material.

  • This will be a full day event so come prepared we are cramming a lot of information in a very short window there will be a small break in between

    Schedule for day
