Hello Everyone,

Our next meeting will be on July 11th at 6:00pm.

Kit was able to secure a speaker to come and talk to the group about both the process and options of renovation financing.  Understanding and implementing these financing options can allow for forced appreciation without having to pay for rehab costs out of pocket resulting in greater cash on cash returns.

I hope you are able to make it!
