This month we will be visiting an awesome fix & flip deal in Kensington, which has recently become one of San Diego’s hottest real estate submarkets. At this event, Wesley & Networth Realty will be co-hosting us at their project and walking us through the ins and outs of the deal. Among a number of other topics, this event will offer a hands-on, inside look at the following topics:

Acquiring a deal through a Wholesaler: With deals being harder and harder to come by, this event will walk us through the process of a wholesaler and shed light on the advantages that come with sourcing deals through one.

Analyzing a Fix & Flip: What questions do you ask when looking at a potential flip? How do you go about differentiating a money maker from a money taker? At what point do you have enough information to pull the trigger? These are all questions that can make or break a flipper and will be covered in detail at this event.

Managing a Flip Deal: While it is easy to catch yourself rejoicing after locking up a promising flip, any experienced flipper will tell you that acquiring the project is hardly even half the battle. At this event, we will discuss what happens next, from planning and sourcing vendors, to overseeing the project - we will cover it all!

Aside from the educational aspect, our events are geared towards allowing for a ton of networking with other likeminded locals.
