We are enriched by the BP community and would like to extend our connections at a live event. The purpose of this meetup is to meet, exchange goals and strategies to achieving them, and network with locals.
Personally, we're studying out-of-state multifamilies for the lower costs/better returns and are considering options in FL, IN, PA. Flipping SFH obtained by wholesalers, at auctions and/or foreclosures initially.
