Boise Investor Group Monthly Meeting This Week- Real Estate Law

The Boise Investor Group is hosting their monthly meeting this week.
The focus of this monthly meetup will be: Real Estate Law "Is it a Security or is it Real Estate?
We are pleased to host real estate attorney T.J. Angstman of Angstman Johnson. During this meetup we will learn:
• How to identify when a real estate investment is a security.
• What to do if you have a security issue.
• How to do a private placement for an offering.
• How to stay out of trouble!
Plus we will be offering an opportunity for general Q&A.
Monthly events are a wonderful opportunity to network, get some helpful education and build relationships with other like-minded people.
Providing real estate investment education and networking opportunities to the investor in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell and Mountain Home Idaho.

@Cory H. Boise Investor Group (BIG) meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month, arranged by @Lisa Kohl. AVID (@StacyA McBain 's investment group) meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. And BP meetings arranged by @Jonna Weber meet quarterly, I think. So nothing for a couple of weeks that I know of. Hope that helps.
