I will be speaking at the March 8th event at the Lake County Property Investors Association ( LCPIA.org )

Brie started investing in rental properties 4.5 years ago and has built a portfolio of 80 units. She and her husband bought an owner occupied three flat with a FHA loan in August 2011 and built their personal portfolio to 8 units in the city of Chicago and 51 units in the city of Milwaukee. In September 2015 Brie started working with partners and acquired an additional 21 units in 2015.

Brie is also the managing broker of her own real estate firm in IL and WI and her focus is working with new and experienced investors to acquire multifamily properties on the North Side of Chicago.

Brie is also the CEO of www.turnkey-reviews.com which is a site geared towards out of state investors who buy properties from turnkey providers. The site features over 100 turnkey companies in 25 markets across the US.

Brie is actively growing her portfolio with partners and expects to be at 150 units by 2016 and 250 units by 2017.
