Hey BP members in the Rockford, IL area, would you like to tour a recent foreclosure purchase?
A local investor @Scott Greenhas generously offered to allow us to tour his most recent SFH investment before rehab starts. Come see first hand what needs to be done, discuss numbers, hear what is planned, and provide some suggestions from your experience.
This will be held this Sunday, Feb 28 from 1-3PM.
