Denver Colorado Landlord Meetup - Topic - Favorite Lease Clauses that add $ to your bottom line

A small group of us meet in June and after taking July off we are reconvening on the 2nd Monday evening of the month.

This has started because I've been doing this by myself for several years and have decided I would like to connect with other local landlords so I'm starting a local meetup geared toward landlords.

Come join us!

There will be a short (15 min) presentation related to landlording and self managed property management followed by a time of introductions (1-2 min each) and then the balance of the time will be for networking.

For this meeting the presentation will focus on a few of my favorite lease clauses (note mine are not comprehensive so if you have some please bring them to share). These primarily will focus on the profitable management of the property through the lease clauses.

The library is located at the Corner of Colfax and Irving. Very easy access via I25. We will be upstairs (2nd floor) in their multimedia room.
