Some of the most successful real estate investors today know the importance of finding off-market deals. Perhaps you’ve done the same, sending a letter to the owner of that vacant, overgrown house on the corner of the street, or sending a mail blast to a big list you got from the title company.

But what happens when some of your letters get returned ‘undeliverable’? Most investors just toss these in the trash. Unfortunately, they’re tossing tens of thousands of dollars away in the process.

Mike Sumsky is a long-time REAPS member, REAPS Board member and MC of the REAPS Kitsap satellite group.
