Malibu Meetup ; Week of Sun, 5/11-5/15. Who's in?

I schedule a lot of meetups, and love to meet with other investors when I travel! I will be at Pepperdine University in Malibu from the afternoon of Sunday, 5/11/14, through the night of Thursday, 5/15/14. I wanted to see who down in Southern California would be up for a fun networking event with other real estate investors, picturesque views of the coastline in Malibu, while sipping on a delicious spirite or brew.. I have a couple spots in mind.. If you're interested, please let me know what evenings would work for you (or Sunday afternoon?)

I own and manage a growing number of units in the East Bay of the SF Bay Area, and got in contract on another 4plex yesterday! I host the monthly East Bay Meetup, and am hosting a meetup in San Francisco next week, with @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner as our special guests, if anyone is interested in an excuse to head up to the Bay next week.
