Meeting Topic: Colm McCormack began investing in real estate in 1998 right here in Colorado Springs. During those 26 years he has bought and sold just over 1,000 houses, mostly through wholesaling, both in Colorado and out of state. He has also bought, sold, and originated notes, rented out properties, and fixed & flipped properties. He has spoken at many real estate groups and coached newer investors on how to succeed in the business. Tonight, Colm will be speaking about how to find deals in our slowing market, what has been working for him, and what has not been working for him. He will leave lots of Q&A time to address specific questions individuals may have.

Meet The Hosts:

Colin Smith - Investing since 2012 and licensed Realtor since 2014. My niche as a Realtor has been working with Investors in the buy, sell, and management of their investments. I've flipped homes, own and professionally manage rental properties (500+ doors), and been a hard money lender. I personally feel the buy and hold strategy is the ultimate wealth building tool. I personally own 45 residential doors and / or mobile home pads plus a commercial building across the Colorado Springs area working towards building financial independence.
