As many of our regular attendees know, we hold a portfolio of rentals in the Lake Norman area. We had previously managed them all in-house, but have recently decided it is time to offload this responsibility to a professional so we can focus on scaling + money-generating activities. So, this month, we are excited to introduce you to Andrew Shearer as our speaker!
Andrew is a Broker and Property Manager for Shearer Realty. He has been helping people buy, sell and invest in the Charlotte area for over 19 years. His experience and attention to detail make him a reliable source for those investors looking for professional help to do the less desirable parts of being a landlord and he strives to do the business incorporating 3 simple ideals: Be Honest, Be Fair and Be Trustworthy.
Andrew will be covering the basics of property management and what you should consider when deciding whether to keep management in-house or hire out, how the industry has changed since the pandemic, differences to look out for in management companies, plus some trade secrets you'll just have to attend to learn 😉
We look forward to seeing you guys next week! Feel free to forward this email to anyone you think may want to join us! As always, if you have any questions email me at [email protected] or text me at (704) 614-6699.
