Last month, our own Andrew Gardner of Leap Properties led a workshop on deal analysis, focusing on comping properties, evaluating repairs, and underwriting deals for the Houston market. Andrew took us from start to finish of a recent property he acquired off-market and was about to renovate to be a rental property.

This month, we are thrilled to have entrepreneur and business coach Steve Rozenberg join us to lead a meetup specifically focused on setting goals! If you aren't familiar with Steve, he started, grew, and exited the fastest-growing Property Management company in the Houston, Dallas, and Fort Worth area at the time. He has done a lot with BP over the years and he is an incredible speaker and business coach. If you are planning for your future, you really don't want to miss this one!
