New investors, experienced investors, and everyone in between are welcome to attend this information-packed meeting. It’s a terrific opportunity to network with investors of all sizes! ATTENTION - we are trying out a new venue. I have been promised a PRIVATE ROOM this time so we are trying out Ace's Garage Bar & Grill in Minooka. This should be much quieter than our previous options, fingers crossed we have found our permanent home!

This month we are hosting Nora Grunberg from Illinois Realtors. She will be sharing a little bit about how the her organization has been fighting government overreach and new strategies to fight the failing Single Family Rental Inspection program in Joliet. Neighborhood Services is in total disarray and still does not have a formal head of the department since Gabe left the sinking ship earlier this year.

This provides a great opportunity for Illinois Realtors and the JRLA to band together and brainstorm some PROBLEM SOLVING SOLUTIONS that both our organizations AND the city can find to be a win. Come with your thinking cap on, this should be a productive meeting
