New investors, experienced investors, and everyone in between are welcome to attend this information-packed meeting. It’s a terrific opportunity to network with investors of all sizes! Landlords and property managers alike will also surely benefit from the wealth of knowledge shared by our members.

ATTENTION - we are trying out a new venue. We will have a private room upstairs at Chop'd in Plainfield. It should be a lot quieter than our previous locations. This month we are doing our annual lease swap. Print out your lease and come prepared to talk about any changes that you've made over the past several years. What has had to adjust since COVID? Have you been burned by anything new? If so, how are you handling it moving forward?

This topic is always very popular but it only works if we all share... so made sure you bring material to discuss. Don't worry if your lease isn't the size of a novel - there is something to learn from everyone. (In fact, sometimes a super concise lease is the best lease!) Come prepared to learn and bring a friend... this will be a good one!
