Last month we were privileged to host Steve Rozenberg. Steve shared how he started, grew, and exited the fastest-growing Property Management company in the Houston, Dallas, and Fort Worth area. He shared his wealth of experience, from working with contractors, and PM Companies to running a business on autopilot.

This month we are thrilled to host Ryan Johnson. Ryan is the Director of Investor Relations at GenWealth Capital Group. 

He will share his experience acquiring and operating large multifamily assets. He is also going to discuss his current small multifamily ground-up developments and opportunities in that space. If you have any interest in multifamily in the Houston area, small or large, you don’t want to miss this one!
