Purely social meetup designed to bring investors or aspiring investors into a room together to talk about their goals, projects or anything real estate related. There is no formal agenda or sales pitch. The flow of the evening depends on your involvement.
Come be social and interact with others that have the same mindset and goals as you.
You will not build relationships or find deals sitting at home! You have to get out and get around like minded people so come on out.
Come on out, have a meal, have some drinks and be sure to tip the wait staff generously.
Most importantly talk about real estate! You may meet your next partner, lender, mentor or just a friend. No reason not come out, what else are you going to be doing on a Thursday Night?
I am an STR expert but this meetup is by no means limited to STR talk, open to anyone and everyone!
We'll be meeting at Barley's in Knoxville and will have a private room upstairs.
