Hey BP Community! I am having an investor Happy Hour meet up Thursday July 20th in Northern Liberties with a Lender partner @Gaetano Ciambriello!

We are excited to have a relaxed environment where we can all talk about Real Estate Investing, our experiences, and a chance to meet new faces!

All experience welcome from people who want to get started to seasoned investors.

Alan Asriants: Alan Asriants specializes in long-term rentals and currently owns 7 investment properties totaling 13 units. Alan has experience in various real estate strategies, including house hacking, BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), and wholesaling.

Alongside his real estate investing ventures, Alan works at his family-owned brokerage where he assists clients in buying and selling their primary homes, as well as providing valuable guidance to fellow investors with their real estate needs. Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey

In his free time, Alan enjoys hiking, practicing judo, calisthenics, and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Gaetano Ciambriello: Gaetano invests in student rentals in Connecticut at Fairfield University. He and his two brothers currently own 16 units and rent to over 80 students.

Gaetano is a loan originator who works at his family-owned mortgage lender. He has a great track record of helping clients buy their first home, investment property and scale their portfolio. AFC Mortgage Group is licensed in 10+ states.

In his free time, Gaetano enjoys golf, cigars and spending time with family and hosting dinner parties.
