May be able to connect you with lenders/agents but would need to clarify how many units you are talking when you say multifamily. 

Hi Everyone!

First off, im beyond excited to be here and be part of the Bigger Pockets community. My name is Rami and I came across the Bigger Pockets podcast through a good friend/realtor of mine. The more episodes and YT videos i listen to, the more excited I get. I also get a little ancy because I want to jump right in but also be intentional about it. Everyone talks about getting into REI, few do it and do it well. I feel that anyone in this community is setting themselves up to be part of the latter.

Anyways, I'm in Philly and looking to get skin in the game in 2023. I would love to connect with anyone that's interested in making a new friend here. My goal is definitely cashflow early on, but i want to use that "energy" as David Greene says, to invest into multi-family properties and possibly medium-term down the road. If anyone has suggestions on meetups in the Greater Philly/South Jersey area, i'm all ears!

Hey BP community!

I am a prospective first-time buyer looking to house hack a 2 or 3 unit multi-family in the Philadelphia area (ideally South Philly). 

After doing some interviewing over the last couple of months, we have connected with an agent that we really like and are starting to dive in on property shopping and analysis. My next step is finding the next member of my core 4: the lender.

I have interviewed a couple and right now I have two that could be great, but I would love to talk to some more and ensure I am securing the best possible rates and partnership. Any advice on how to find the best lenders in my area for my needs?
