This month we handpicked the speakers who continue to bring an intense amount of experience and perspective.

Speaker #1: Christina Diehl, aka Lancaster Home Girl. As an avid investor, she loves to share her knowledge to anyone who is curious about getting money to work for them -- rather than the other way around. She has recently written a book called "MoneyGirl: How You Can Attract Wealth, Nurture Your Soul, And Obtain Financial Freedom" Who doesn't want more of that in their life?? We dont talk about money education enough, this will be valuable stuff.

Speaker #2: Ben Sparango, the Chairman and CEO of Sparango Custom Homes, a successful privately held residential real estate development company active in Montgomery, Delaware & Chester Counties, Pennsylvania in operation since 1995. That means he has been investing for 30 years, that is a long time!

Ben resides in Villanova, Pennsylvania, graduated from Villanova University in 1985 with a BS degree in Civil Engineering, joining the family business of building and renovating custom homes prior to establishing his own company. As a 2nd generation builder, Mr. Sparango credits his longstanding business success to: Cutting-edge vision of future residential markets, disciplined work ethic, simplified processes managed by great employees, and passion for delivering the best product at the best price.

Ben owns and has developed hundred of units across Single Family Homes, Apartment complexes, and Short-term rentals.

Ben is one of those people who has thoroughly thought through every part of being a builder and landlord and has a well thought-out and real-life tested answer. I learn something everytime I am around Ben and am honored to have him speak to the group.
