Tuesday, June 13th we will have a very awesome night for real estate investors of all sizes, at 800 New Holland Ave, Lancaster on the 2nd Floor.
We have three unique, insightful speakers coming to talk about various things that are top of mind to folks in the marketplace, followed by a panel at the end. Plus, we are officially launching the Real Estate Hackers Membership (which is free by the way!) and will have a gift for everyone who attends (hint - it will save you $$ if you invest or plan to invest in real estate in the future)!

Who are these insightful speakers that will be talking?
Speaker 1: Ryan Hess. Ryan Hess started as a broker in 1996 --- and has been CEO or Managing Director for various real estate brokerages and title companies including Coldwell Banker, which he sold along the way. When he sold it, Coldwell Banker had 650 independent agents -- that is some serious real estate scale. He successfully invests himself in real estate, has sold a real estate company, has overseen literally thousands of transactions, and truly has weathered many storms through the various cycles. We will get his perspective on where he is spending time and money in 2023 in real estate, and what he sees for the next 6 months ahead. Ryan is a flat out stud in real estate, you will want to hear his thoughts.
Speaker 2: Josh Eberly -- Josh is the CEO of 717 Home Buyers -- has scaled multiple businesses to over 7 figure in revenue, and done over 100 transactions in the last year. Josh is a wiz at new age marketing, worth hearing him talk for sure. I know I have previously had multiple phone calls and texts from his marketing group looking to buy my local investment properties, so they are definitely spending on the marketing front! Josh is what I think of as part of a new age of real estate investor --- using the latest in digital tech and marketing to find deals. I'm excited to hear what he has to say about how he is structuring deals --- In particular I'm interested in there are more deals where the seller is holding their original mortgage note than previously since the mortgage has value at a low fixed interest rate. Excited to hear from someone on the front lines!
Speaker 3: BRRRR Loans --- What if I told you there was a way to get $$ in a mortgage loan at interest only payments, with NO pre-payment penalty? Nervous about locking in a long-term loan because you think (hope) rates might come down.
