James has been investing in Real Estate since 2012. He started in single-family wholesaling and did flips in Dallas. He eventually moved into Multifamily selling proptech service which connected the dots from single-family to Multifamily.

He then moved into Multifamily operations and asset management for value-add properties, where he has worked with ownership groups and syndicators over the last few years. He understands Real Estate Markets, Capex budgeting, Multifamily construction needs, and positioning assets to drive NOI from rental increases and Client Operations Management.

James has continually built relationships with brokers, lenders, ownership groups, and vendors to help people navigate the real estate industry. He has a proven ability to build and enhance relationships along with driving the operation for improved financial results and has attributed to organization and personal successes.
