Santa Barbara Informal Meetup #22 - Third Window!

We are a group of real estate investors of all experience levels and folks interested in investing in real estate. This informal monthly event provides an opportunity to get together and share stories, experiences, leads, etc. Whether you have only started dreaming of your first property, or just closed on your 100th; whether you invest out of state, or keep it local, we look forward to having you join.

NEW: In addition to quick group introductions at the start of the meetup, we would like to highlight someone's story each month.  If you would like to share your story with the group in more detail (e.g. how you got started, lessons learned, where you invest & why, portfolio, etc), please let me know.  You do not need to have a ton of experience, but please have at least one valuable real estate related story to tell.  Also, we are limiting story highlights to regulars, so please only volunteer if you have been to at least two SB meetups.
