Tod currently writes a monthly column for several real estate investment clubs, directed at private investors, with a total readership estimated in the low-six-figures.

As a public speaker, Tod has given keynote addresses and led seminars at numerous meetings, conferences and conventions, including: Price Waterhouse Cooper’s National Financial Administrative Conference, The Consultant's Forum, Association of Legal Administrators, Professional Law Firm Manager's Association, Association of Accounting Administrators, Credit Union Executives Society, Association of Professional Consultants and the World Wide Investment Network are just some of the conferences that he has addressed.
