Tod Snodgrass
As a private real estate investor, Mr. Snodgrass has been involved with scores of different deals including fixing, rehabbing and flipping, as well as lending and funding, and has owned numerous residential and commercial properties over the years.
Mr. Snodgrass is a published author. The four books he has written include: Office Purchasing Guide (ISBN-10 0933051018, ISBN-13 978-0933051010) though originally published decades ago, to this day it is found in many libraries around the country, is currently offered on eBay & Amazon, and is still the definitive work on this subject available in popular print. Other published works of his include the Profit Improvement System, the Office Buyers Manual (ISBN-10 9990627614, ISBN-13 978-9990627619) and the Cost Reduction eGuide. He has been editor of two nationally syndicated business newsletters & contributing editor to several national business, office, and purchasing publications. Tod currently writes a monthly column for several real estate investment clubs, directed at private investors, with a total readership estimated in the low-six-figures.
As a public speaker, Tod has given keynote addresses and led seminars at numerous meetings, conferences and conventions, including: Price Waterhouse Cooper’s National Financial Administrative Conference, The Consultant's Forum, Association of Legal Administrators, Professional Law Firm Manager's Association, Association of Accounting Administrators, Credit Union Executives Society, Association of Professional Consultants and the World Wide Investment Network are just some of the conferences that he has addressed.
Business Affiliations: Past Vice President with the Carson (CA) Chamber of Commerce. Previously an Officer in the Association of Professional Consultants. Past member of the Torrance Chamber of Commerce. Tod was co-chair of SDCIA’s (San Diego Creative Investor Association) annual Real Estate Investor Expo, from 2016-2018.
