Henish grew up in Michigan and has been working in the real estate industry since 2002. His career started with mortgage underwriting in Cincinnati, being a top sales executive in Chicago, managing a business process outsourcing operation in Delhi, India and managing a bank’s foreclosed homes department in San Diego. Henish has also consulted for large property investors and companies like Bank of America and Chase Bank.
Henish became a licensed real estate agent in 2009 and a broker in 2017, and licensed general contractor in 2018.
Since 2014, Henish has owned a real estate investment firm. He has been purchasing homes in poor condition and reselling them in great condition to homeowners. Henish is also co-owner of a construction company formed in 2018 that has earned a reputation as San Diego's premier ADU, home builder and remodeler. As of 2022, Henish is in contract to build and own multi-family buildings in San Diego.
Henish rounds out his life spending time with his wife and 3 kids, playing basketball and beach volleyball and generally making the most of life!

- -When entering through the front door, head straight to the back and then to the right.

FEATURED GUEST:
Henish grew up in Michigan and has been working in the real estate industry since 2002. His career started with mortgage underwriting in Cincinnati, being a top sales executive in Chicago, managing a business process outsourcing operation in Delhi, India and managing a bank’s foreclosed homes department in San Diego. Henish has also consulted for large property investors and companies like Bank of America and Chase Bank.
Henish became a licensed real estate agent in 2009 and a broker in 2017, and licensed general contractor in 2018.
Since 2014, Henish has owned a real estate investment firm. He has been purchasing homes in poor condition and reselling them in great condition to homeowners. Henish is also co-owner of a construction company formed in 2018 that has earned a reputation as San Diego's premier ADU, home builder and remodeler. As of 2022, Henish is in contract to build and own multi-family buildings in San Diego.
Henish rounds out his life spending time with his wife and 3 kids, playing basketball and beach volleyball and generally making the most of life!
