February Lake Norman Real Estate Meetup

This month's Lake Norman Real Estate Meetup is Wednesday, February 15th at 6:30 pm and we will be meeting in person at Sabi Asian Bistro in Davidson (Exit 30) at 130 Harbour Place Drive, Davidson, NC 28036!

We are very excited to have Carrie Lique as our speaker this month! Carrie is a Real Estate Attorney at McNaught and Clements, PLLC in the Lake Norman and Mooresville offices. She is also a licensed attorney in the state of Florida. After graduating law school in 2007, Carrie was selected as one of the youngest women to serve on the Mecklenburg County Bar Association Board of Directors for a 3-year term. She has been a licensed attorney for 15 years and her primary focus has been real estate transactions.

Carrie will be diving into laws, procedures, and popular legal topics that real estate professionals need to know. We will be covering topics such as when and how to use certain contract clauses (and the cautions with doing so), changes in real estate law coming down the pipeline, and things you probably should/should not be doing in your business 🫣

This is going to be such a valuable opportunity to get inside an expert's mind so make sure to set aside some time to be here and bring that list of questions!
