Santa Barbara Informal Meetup #20 - NEW LOCATION!

In celebration of the 20th Santa Barbara Investor Meetup, I had DALL-E draw us this picture.  Also in celebration of the 20th SB meetup, we are excited to announce the switch to a NEW VENUE - Third Window Brewery. We will meet in the Barrel Room (back left of the courtyard... the room with all the barrels). This will provide warmth and light in the winter months, and we can easily spill into the courtyard when it warms up.  We are going to kick this one off with some quick introductions to make it easier to pinpoint the folks you want to connect with, so make sure to be there on-time.

For those who are new, we are a group of real estate investors of all experience levels and folks interested in investing in real estate. This informal monthly event provides an opportunity to get together and share stories, experiences, leads, etc. Whether you have only started dreaming of your first property, or just closed on your 100th; whether you invest out of state, or keep it local, we look forward to having you join.
