Hey! This month's Lake Norman Real Estate Meetup is Wednesday, November 16th at 6:30 pm and we will be meeting in person at Sabi Asian Bistro in Davidson (Exit 30) at 130 Harbour Place Drive, Davidson, NC 28036! We are SUUUPERRR excited to have Vinny Giglio as our speaker this month! A lot of you already know Vinny, but for those of you who don't; Vinny began his career almost 20 years ago when he joined a mortgage brokerage specializing in commercial properties in Southern California. A couple years later, he left the corporate world and started his own brokerage closing over 1,000 5+ unit transactions. Since then, Vinny moved from SoCal to Charlotte and has largely moved into the real estate development space, revitalizing Downtown Mooresville with his partners at MV2 Investments into the COOLEST space ever. Vinny is an Army Veteran, past airline pilot, car enthusiast and father of 2. Vinny is going to be diving into the development plans and vision for downtown Mooresville (and why this is a great place to focus your investing), how to effectively and efficiently raise capital/get financing for deals, as well as some of his best business advice that has led to his impressive success.
