Right now the news and other sources are pretty negative on the overall market, and that shouldn't come as a huge surprise since their goal is to have more people tuning in. The question is, should we be afraid? Is the sky really falling like some seem to claim?

This event will start with a market update with local and national stats from top economists and an honest breakdown of the pros and cons of the current state of the market with industry experts Tim Swierczek and Ryan Luthi. Combined Tim and Ryan own and manage over 100+ doors of multi-family investment properties as well as working full time as a loan officer and real estate broker respectively. They will be wrapping up the meeting with an unfiltered QnA session to answer your hard questions so you can feel informed to make your own decisions. No sales pitches, just open conversation and networking with like minded folks.

FREE PARKING in ground lot on north side of building.

Hope to see you there!
