James has 25 years’ experience in the construction and home improvement industry. He has spent the last 5 years as a Whitehall Township Ordinance and Code Enforcement agent. He has completed over 3000 Certificates of Use and Occupancy Inspections.
He is extremely knowledgeable about building code standards, best practices, interpretation of requirements and preventative maintenance standards.

Come listen as James tells you about his craft as he explains what responsibilities he is charged with carrying out, his challenges with home owners/landlords, and the best ways to work with an inspector and lots lots more!
