This Real Estate Hackers meetup is designed for everyone in real estate investing: flippers, landlords, contractors, wholesalers & anyone/everyone (both new & experienced) interested in Real Estate Investing! Our guest speaker this month is Nasar Bhegani, General Manager of New Western Pittsburgh! - an investing marketplace that specializes in providing off-market deals for investors
Nasar has been working in the real estate industry for nearly a decade now beginning his career in Austin, Texas. Over the past 5 years, he led market sales totaling over $788 million in New Western's Austin Central Office while serving as Assistant General Manager. He has now arrived in Pittsburgh to lead the opening of New Western's new office as Broker and General Manager to help revitalize the city's distressed housing inventory.
New Western looks to connect local real estate investors with fixer-upper properties, who will then in turn sell back to the community, in order to create more affordable housing in the city.
