We welcome back Ashley Nelson and Luke Terrill for our first repeat guests! Ashley and Luke specialize in short-term rentals in the Cedar Rapids area (yes, Airbnbs work in Cedar Rapids too), and are graciously willing to work through a recent deal with us in our Share Your Success segment. If you've been keeping an active eye on the market in recent weeks, you know that it's as crazy as it's ever been and rising interest rates aren't helping anyone find cash-flowing deals.
