I am looking at STR property management softwares that include the following features:

-Inventory management, cleaner management, calendar syncing, pricing tools.

I know of people that use Guesty and seem to love it, but was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions that I should check out.  Thanks in advance!

I am just going back through my posts and realized I received some really good advice here and missed my notifications.  We took our first try at it this year with a dump trailer and renting a skid loader from a family member for the winter.  We are learning a lot, but ultimately want to make some changes for next year.

I have multiple entities that own different properties and bank accounts with different percentages of ownerships. I currently use a spreadsheet to track my net worth because I can’t find an app that I can plug in percentages of ownerships to give me an accurate net worth. I am looking for a much quicker option. Does any suggestions or am I stuck with the spreadsheet?
