Hi Georgina, I agree with @Jeffrey Albaum about reading and podcasts to start you in the right direction. I would start by figuring out what you want to do in real estate, flip, STR, etc, and dive into that topic. There are a ton of ways to make money in real estate, and trying to do too much can be overwhelming. So pick a niche, and learn everything you can about it.
