Multifamily Property Management in Greensboro

Does anyone know a reliable property management company in this area? I am looking to acquire a small multi-unit Student Housing property.  Unfortunately Baldwin Properties is the current PM for this property.  So I need to look for an alternative PM to get some honest opinions in the area.  It is kind of disappointing most local PM firms that I talked to doesn't want to deal with Student Housing properties.  The only one that I know of other than Baldwin is Burkely.  However Burkely is probably too big to handle my property and will mostly either "their way or highway" mentality when it comes to setting rental rate, upkeep schedule and operation processes.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Sam
