Are 30 day rentals worth it
Anybody doing rentals for a minimum of 30 days? Looking at a property to do short term but the agent is telling me the HOA doesn't allow anything under 30 days but the house is on Airbnb for nightly.
Two questions:
1-is a 30 day rental property profitable and is there a market for it? Do people really rent places that long?
2-what can an HOA really do if I kept doing nightly rentals?

1. I would not buy a place knowing I couldn't rent it for less than 30 days. You have been warned by the Realtor.
2. They can sue you and possibly fine you. So why do it?
