Should I keep her on rent ??
Area - San Marcos, Texas
I got a call today from my realtor that someone that just called asking if i would consider a single lady with a 13 year old boy. She doesn’t have a job, but is on disability. Also, she’s closing on her house soon where she will take away $110k.
She is on disability but not disable .
Doesn’t have great credit.
Says she will pay 6 months up front.
Questions
1. Should I keep her to rent considering she doesn’t have any credit?
2. Is is easy to evict if she doesn’t pay rent considering she is on disability??
