New Jersey eviction help

Can anyone suggest an attorney they've used in the past for NJ evictions during covid?  I have a non-cooperative tenant who hasn't been paying since June of 2020.  My property management, lawyer has tried to approach them but they just get a mouthful of getting cursed out.  I've also had the property listed for sale a few months ago, the tenant refuses to let potential buyers/investors view property and won't leave property if i were to sell it sight unseen.

I have also tried cash for keys to no avail. My lawyer has filed an eviction a few months ago and requested a trial but he says I have to wait this out until state moratorium and court backlog ends.  I don't know if this is lack of experience on my lawyer's side but is there anything else I can do?

Appreciate any legal referrals or general suggestions!
