Good Banks in Tampa for Rental Property Financing

I recently bought a property in Tampa that I was looking at flipping (in west tampa near north Hyde Park).  At this point I may not end up flipping and may just keep it as a long term hold (long story, but basically wasn't as good a buy as I thought).

I now need to get a mortgage placed on it after renting it out.  Looking for any recommendations for banks in the Tampa area that would be good for an investment property.  Not looking necessarily to pull cash out but it should appraise higher than what I paid for it a month ago, so smaller local banks would probably work better.   I'm in Ohio so not familiar with the area there at all, so any advice on great banks there would be appreciated.
