Refinance before or after asset protection strategies

Should i cash out refinance before doing asset protection with trusts and LLC's?

or don't set aside the moving of the properties to LLCs?

you are the experts, I'm here to learn. Live in Hollywood FL. Been thinking about doing a cash out refi to get the cash out and be ready to buy more properties.

The more i wait to do this. The more anxious i get about the properties being in my personal name. But if i transfer them to LLCs, then i would have to transfer them back to personal name if most banks require it to refinance, increasing the costs of this process. What has worked for you?

Please advice.
